Cloudnet provides communication services to its customers and maintains network connections to outside services. Cloudnet makes no claims as to the content of the services beyond its control and does not limit its customers except in the following cases, which have been deemed necessary to the secure operation of Cloudnet.
The staff of Cloudnet will consider any cases of abuse of priveleges on a case-by-case basis and may terminate any account found to be in violation of any part of this policy.
Cloudnet is not responsible for any interuption in services, local or remote to Cloudnet. The customer agrees that Cloudnet shall take no responsibility for any damages, including inability to access services and/or loss of service.
The customer agrees that any use of Cloudnet resources through the customer's account is solely the customers responsibilty. This includes the responsibilty for all charges incurred to the account.
Account cancellation and suspension requests will be made effective on the date notice is received by Cloudnet or any date in the future specified in the notice. Fees for partial months of service will be prorated.
Your username and password are necessary when requesting changes to your account.
Cloudnet reserves the right to modify its policy at any time. All account holders will receive prior notification of any changes.
