Updated Annoucements.
There was a temporary issue with one of the new servers related to assigned disk space per domain. This may have effected logging into your email accounts and/or sending and receiving emails.
This issue should now be resolved.

The remainder of the @cloudnet.com email accounts should now be recovered.
You will need to update your mail programs with the new mail server settings.

You should be able to access the emails via webmail.cloudnethosting.com, until you have updated the email sever settings in your mail programs.
Some @cloudnet.com accounts may need password changes due to increased password security requirements on the new server.
If your email password does not work on this new server, your existing password may not have been secure enough. Try adding Q!2#q to the front of your existing password.
You can also email tech@cloudnetinc.com - use the subject of "Password Update Request".
You will need to include your email address(es), your full name, and your Cloudnet Customer ID (CID) number. Your CID number can be found in the upper right hand corner of your Cloudnet invoice.
This is to verify your identity, so not just anyone can request a password update on your email account.
If you do not have, or can not find your CID number, let us know that in your password update request, we will then call the phone number we have on file for your account to verify your identity.
You may not see any of your old email messages on the new server.
If there were old messages left on that old server, that you need to recover, let us know by emailing tech@cloudnetinc.com, and we will see if we can recover those older messages for you.

Cloudnet has made more progress on hosted domain websites.
Several more hosted domains have been recovered and should be active soon.

Cloudnet has made more progress on hosted domain websites.
If you have an @cloudnet.com email account, that you know we migrated to webhosting19.cloudnet.com in the past, your email account should now be recovered.
You will need to updated your mail programs with the new mail server settings.

If your @cloudnet.com email was not migrated to Webhosting19.cloudnet.com, or you are unsure, It may not be recovered yet.

Cloudnet Internet Services has experienced both an upstream connectivity outage, and internal server failures and is currently working to restore all services. There is no data loss, but the restore process is very time intensive. The outage and server issues also affect the IP phone system.
Web sites and email for hosted domains are coming back online as sites are restored. Email for @cloudnet.com addresses may take longer.
When restored, mail settings will need to be updated in customers email programs,, for both Cloudnet.com email accounts and email at your own domains. New settings will be available on the Cloudnet.com website.
Cloudnet will also add any progress updates to the Cloudnet.com website announcements page.
There is no current ETA on the restoration of sites and email, but we are continuing to work on completing the restoration.

Issues with Cloudnet Services
Cloudnet is Still Open.
Cloudnet services are temporarily down due to upstream provider issues.
Unfortunately, this also affects Cloudnet's phone system.
Cloudnet employees are working dilligently to migrate accounts to external servers. Several have already been Completed.
If you are using an @cloudnet.com account, we are working on those as well, However, some accounts may have to be set up new on the new cloudnet.com mail server.
We appologize for the inconvenience this has caused all of our customer.
