tech@cloudnet.com - Technical questions about your internet connection and the software you use to connect to Cloudnet. If you are requesting software support, please include the name of your operating system, the name of the program, and the version of the program with which you need help.
billing@cloudnet.com - Requests for changes in your service (i.e. Account type changes, adding services, cancelling or suspending accounts, and any questions related to your invoice.) When requesting service changes, the phone number field is required so that we can contact you and verify those changes.
