How it Works

• Use your regular or cordless phone, your calls are sent through the Cloudnet-provided phone adapter.
• Your calls then go through your router and modem (or equipment with modem/router combination). If you do not have a router, Cloudnet can provide you an adapter/router combination.
• Cloudnet sends your phone calls across the Internet!

Your computer should work as it did before you installed the Cloudnet Phone Adapter. The Phone Adapter simply allows both your computer data and your voice calls to use your high-speed Internet connection simultaneously.

Cloudnet service uses regular phone numbers. You can choose to either transfer your existing number or choose an area code of your choice from locations throughout the United States. The location can be anywhere you choose no matter where you are located!

Cloudnet VoIP service uses your existing broadband Internet connection to make and receive calls. When you sign up, we'll send you a Cloudnet phone adapter. Installation is easy and our friendly and local support team is available if you have any questions!
