This section is where you can customize how your incoming email is treated. If you choose "Yes" for the Use System Defaults setting, you will be using the predefined Cloudnet default settings. If you choose "No", you can make your settings either tougher or weaker on spam, or you can turn the filtering off completely. (Note: changes to settings on this page will not take effect until the Save Changes button is clicked.)
A score is calculated for each incoming email to determine the likelihood of spam, and the settings on this page determine what happens to those emails based on the calculated score. Any message that has a score less than the Tag Score is automatically delivered to your regular inbox. Any message that has a score between the Tag Score and the Quarantine Score is delivered to your regular inbox with the word [SPAM] pre-pended to the message subject. Any message that has a score between the Quarantine Score and the Block Score is kept in your Quarantine Inbox on the Cloudnet Email Firewall (if the quarantine option is turned on). Any message that has a score over the Block Score is deleted.
